How to Check Your Appointment
on the Medeo Patient Portal
Easily manage and review your upcoming healthcare appointments from the comfort of your home using the Medeo Patient Portal. Follow these simple steps to check your appointment details quickly and efficiently.
Log In to Your Account
Open the Medeo Sign-In Page, then enter your Medeo username (email address) and password.

LOGIN
Navigate to the Appointment Section
Select Appointments in the Medeo Navigation Bar OR select the Upcoming appointments button under Welcome. The Appointments button is found either on the left-hand side or the bottom of the window.
Click on Details
The Appointments Overview shows a list of any upcoming appointments. Click ‘Details’ to view information about your upcoming appointment.
Review Appointment Details
The Appointment Details page shows your appointment status, appointment type, the date, time, location, and the contact information for your healthcare provider.
